We're working on one
E8 Markets runs forex and futures programs, and its own terms name a Texas company, E8 Funding LLC.
Google's ad records list a different advertiser for it, so we use the name E8 publishes itself.
Can Americans buy E8 Markets?
Can a US resident buy this?
Yes, on TradeLocker, Match-Trader or E8 Terminal.

Is E8 Markets a real, operating business?
Before a code matters, the company behind it has to be real and reachable. Here’s what E8 Markets’s own site and documents tell us.
- Legal entity
- E8 Funding LLC
- Based in
- Texas
- Operating since
- Not yet confirmed
- Trustpilot reviews
- 3,298 (size, not a rating)
- Google-verified advertiser
- —
- Ads running in the US
- 51 on Google
We haven’t yet confirmed the year it started operating from E8 Markets’s own documents. That isn’t an accusation. It means it’s still on our list, and we won’t fill the gap from other review sites.
The advertiser name and ad counts come from Google’s Ads Transparency Center and Meta’s Ad Library, viewed from the US on Oct 1, 2026. Google verifies who pays for ads; that’s independent evidence the business is real and operating, but it isn’t the firm’s own documentation. Ad counts are approximate.
What we found ourselves
- E8 Markets advertises the code E8 on its own site (10% off on forex/futures (homepage: 'Save $48 with code E8 on first order' on the 100K E8 One)). It's the firm's own promotion, not a code we negotiated, and we haven't tested it at checkout yet.
E8 Markets discount code for US traders
We don’t have a code for E8 Markets yet.
When we do, it’ll appear here only after we’ve tested it at E8 Markets’s own checkout. We don’t publish codes we can’t vouch for.
Before you buy
No MT5 or cTrader for US clients
The help center says US clients cannot use MT5 or cTrader, and the platform can be changed only once per paid order.
Strict no-refund policy
The T&C say all fees are non-refundable 'under any circumstance', including failing the evaluation or voluntary cancellation.
Payouts depend on Rise or WorkMarket onboarding
Payouts need KYC with a third-party processor. E8 links to Rise's list of 'unsupported States or Territories in the USA', so some US residents may need WorkMarket instead (E8 hosts only the link; I did not read the list on Rise's site).
Mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver
The E8 Funding LLC terms include mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver.
Bottom line
Available to Americans across forex and futures. Check that Rise, E8's payout processor, supports your state before you buy.
