Read before you buy

The fine print, in plain English

Taken from their own pages. These are the rules most likely to cost you money.

No MT5 or cTrader for US clients

The help center says US clients cannot use MT5 or cTrader, and the platform can be changed only once per paid order.

Strict no-refund policy

The T&C say all fees are non-refundable 'under any circumstance', including failing the evaluation or voluntary cancellation.

Payouts depend on Rise or WorkMarket onboarding

Payouts need KYC with a third-party processor. E8 links to Rise's list of 'unsupported States or Territories in the USA', so some US residents may need WorkMarket instead (E8 hosts only the link; I did not read the list on Rise's site).

Mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver

The E8 Funding LLC terms include mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver.

What we found

Things you won’t read on their homepage

  1. 01

E8 Markets advertises the code E8 on its own site (10% off on forex/futures (homepage: 'Save $48 with code E8 on first order' on the 100K E8 One)). It's the firm's own promotion, not a code we negotiated, and we haven't tested it at checkout yet.

Sources

Sold by E8 Funding LLC (Texas). This is a paid evaluation on a simulated account, not a regulated product. “Accepts US residents” means the firm sells to Americans. It does not mean a US regulator oversees it. Rules and prices change, so check the firm’s current terms before you buy. Found something out of date? Tell us and we’ll re-check it.
