Privacy policy

Last updated Oct 1, 2026

Draft: Needs the operating company's legal name, address and contact email, and a review by counsel before launch. Update it when analytics or a newsletter are added.

This policy explains what US Prop Deals collects when you use the site. Today, that’s very little.

What we collect

  • Outbound clicks. When you click “Get deal” or “Visit site”, we record which firm, which button and the time. We don’t record who you are.
  • Contact form messages. If you write to us, we store your name, email, any company details you add, and your message, so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
  • Your theme choice. Light or dark mode is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell personal information.
  • We don’t run advertising trackers.
  • We don’t have user accounts.

Prop firms you visit

When you leave for a firm’s site, their privacy policy applies. If you arrive through an affiliate link, the firm may record that you came from us. That’s how commissions work.

Your rights

Depending on your state (for example California, under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, delete or correct personal information. Contact us at [contact email] and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
