- FTMO US is a different company from the FTMO most reviews describe. The evaluation is sold by JV Prop Corporation (Wilmington, DE), and funded accounts are run by OANDA Prop US Corporation. Rules, prices and platforms can differ from ftmo.com, so check them on the US site.

OANDA's regulation doesn't cover you
FTMO US runs on OANDA infrastructure, but their own disclosure says you have no client relationship with OANDA Corporation and get none of its regulatory protections. Like every prop firm, it isn't overseen by a financial regulator.
Bottom line
