Can a US resident buy this?
Yes, through sabiotrade.us, except in 11 states.
We tested it. sabiotrade.com redirects US visitors to sabiotrade.us, which has its own terms and higher prices. The international site says it cannot accept US citizens at all, so Americans buy on .us only.

Read before you buy
The fine print, in plain English
Taken from their own pages. These are the rules most likely to cost you money.
Payouts are at the firm's discretion
The terms call every reward discretionary and let the firm reduce or withhold it. For accounts bought since 2 February 2026, any rule breach also forfeits rewards already granted.
Trustpilot has hidden the rating
Trustpilot shows no score for SabioTrade, citing a breach of its guidelines, and says it removed fake reviews. Of 698 reviews, 28% are 1-star, mostly about denied payouts and slow support (read 8 October 2026).
Scalping, hedging and bots are banned
No scalping, hedging (including across accounts), high-frequency trading, arbitrage, copy trading, expert advisors or "all-in" trades. Habitually trading just before news counts as banned gambling.
A 6% trailing drawdown
The limit follows your highest closed balance, so profits you bank raise the floor. After your first payout request, equity may never drop below the starting balance.
The site contradicts its own terms
The FAQ says 55% for the consistency rule, the terms say 40%. The daily loss snapshot is 5pm EST in one place and 00:00 UTC in another. Go by the terms, which are binding.
Its own platform only
You trade on QuadCode's proprietary Traderoom, on the web or the mobile app. There's no MetaTrader, cTrader or TradingView.
Americans buy on a separate US site
US residents are sent to sabiotrade.us, with US terms and higher prices: $139 for 20K up to $6,889 for 1M. It isn't available in 11 states.
What we found
Things you won’t read on their homepage
- 01
SabioTrade runs two sites with two price lists. The international site sells 20K for $119 and tops out at 650K; the US site charges $139 for 20K and tops out at 1M.
- 02
The operator is CODEVIL IT ENGINEERING LIMITED, an Irish company (no. 680139, Dublin). It says it isn't regulated and isn't a broker; the only licence on its pages belongs to its platform provider, QuadCode.
- 03
We found no regulator warning about SabioTrade: nothing on the FCA register, and no hits on the CySEC, ASIC, BaFin, AFM, FSMA, CNMV or Central Bank of Ireland sites (8 October 2026). The AMF, CONSOB and IOSCO lists couldn't be searched directly.

Sold by CODEVIL IT ENGINEERING LIMITED (Dublin, Ireland). This is a paid evaluation on a simulated account, not a regulated product. “Accepts US residents” means the firm sells to Americans. It does not mean a US regulator oversees it. Rules and prices change, so check the firm’s current terms before you buy. Found something out of date? Tell us and we’ll re-check it.
