Can a US resident buy this?
Yes, on Match-Trader.
We tested it. US VPN. On the checkout (maventrading.com/checkout?variation_id=...) the country was NOT preselected ('Select country'). 'United States (US)' is in the list, and selecting it loads all 50 states, DC and Armed Forces (55 options). The country list is filtered: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Saint Lucia, Ukraine, Venezuela and North Korea are absent. Platform with US selected: Match Trader only. Switching to the United Kingdom adds MetaTrader 5; Canada shows Match Trader only. On the pricing page, the 'Buy now pay later' tab showed 'Sorry, this product is not available in your region' for my US IP.

Read before you buy
The fine print, in plain English
Taken from their own pages. These are the rules most likely to cost you money.
Match-Trader only for US buyers
The footer and T&C say MetaTrader is not available for the United States or Canada, and the checkout shows only Match Trader once the US is selected.
Buy Now Pay Later not offered in the US
The BNPL tab says the product is not available in the visitor's region (US IP).
No refunds except after 3 payouts
All purchases are final; fees are refundable only after receiving three payouts. Disputing a payment is penalised under the Payment Dispute Policy.
30-day inactivity and discretionary 1% risk cap
Accounts dormant for over 30 days can be closed, and Maven may limit 'excessive' traders to 1% risk, where breaching it breaches the account.
What we found
Things you won’t read on their homepage
- 01
Maven Trading advertises the code OMO on its own site (40% off Omo challenges (e.g. 100K $472 -> $284)). It's the firm's own promotion, not a code we negotiated, and we haven't tested it at checkout yet.

Sold by Maven Edu FZCO (Dubai, UAE). This is a paid evaluation on a simulated account, not a regulated product. “Accepts US residents” means the firm sells to Americans. It does not mean a US regulator oversees it. Rules and prices change, so check the firm’s current terms before you buy. Found something out of date? Tell us and we’ll re-check it.
