Can a US resident buy this?

Yes at checkout, on DXtrade or TradingView. MT4 and MT5 are hidden for US visitors.

We tested it. Their checkout preselected United States for our US connection, with all 50 states plus DC. Only DXtrade and TradingView were offered. MT4 and MT5 stayed hidden even after we switched the country to the UK, so the filter follows your connection, not the form.

“For traders who wish to deploy EAs, we recommend using Platform MT5, which is available for our non-US clients” — their own words

Their footer says they don't open accounts for US residents

The fxify.com footer carries a broker disclaimer listing the United States as restricted. It appears to belong to their Mauritius broker entity, not the challenge, since the checkout sells to Americans. Ask support to confirm in writing before buying.

No EAs on MetaTrader

Their FAQ points EA traders to MT5, which is for non-US clients only.

This is a paid evaluation on a simulated account, not a regulated product. “Accepts US residents” means the firm sells to Americans. It does not mean a US regulator oversees it. Rules and prices change, so check the firm’s current terms before you buy. Found something out of date? Tell us and we’ll re-check it.
