Can a US resident buy this?

Yes, on Match-Trader.

We tested it. US VPN. The first visit hit an interactive Cloudflare 'verify you are human' check, which I did not solve. On a later direct visit to /terms-conditions/ the site loaded without one. Program pages showed 'Available Platforms in Your Current Location: Match Trade(r)' only. The WooCommerce checkout preselected billing_country=US with all 50 states, DC and Armed Forces. The country list is filtered: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Syria, Vietnam, North Korea and Venezuela are absent. The order summary showed 'Platform: Match-Trader'. The platform is chosen on the product page by geo-IP; switching the checkout country to the UK did not change the order summary.

Match-Trader only for US traders

The T&C and help center say MT5 is unavailable in the United States, and program pages offer only Match-Trader to US visitors.

The first trade waives your refund

The checkout terms box says that taking the first trade on the evaluation waives the right to a refund.

3% per-symbol loss limit on 2-Step Classic

Any single instrument losing more than 3% (from the prior day's 16:59 EST balance) hard-breaches the account, in both evaluation and funded phases, and there is a 35%/50% consistency rule on top.

No weekend holding on Instant; Instant is expensive

Instant accounts auto-close all trades at 4:30pm EST on Friday, and Instant pricing is steep (100K = $4,499 before the code).

    Funded Trading Plus advertises the code FUNDED30 on its own site (30% off (shown on every program card, e.g. 100K 1-Step $549 -> $384.30)). It's the firm's own promotion, not a code we negotiated, and we haven't tested it at checkout yet.
