We tested it. US VPN. The signup/checkout (members.leelootrading.com/amember/signup/...) lists 'United States' first in the country dropdown, but it is not preselected. Selecting it loads all 50 states plus DC, territories (Guam, PR, USVI, etc.) and Armed Forces, so none are missing. The country list is NOT filtered: it shows 245 entries, including restricted countries such as Afghanistan and Belarus. The product is Rithmic-only ('Rithmic | Launch | 8ct, 50k'); there is no platform picker. Prices are 'for each 30 days', and the form states 'No Refunds'.

We haven’t yet confirmed the year it started operating from Leeloo Trading’s own documents. That isn’t an accusation. It means it’s still on our list, and we won’t fill the gap from other review sites.
The advertiser name and ad counts come from Google’s Ads Transparency Center and Meta’s Ad Library, viewed from the US on Oct 1, 2026. Google verifies who pays for ads; that’s independent evidence the business is real and operating, but it isn’t the firm’s own documentation. Ad counts are approximate.

Before you buy
Expensive monthly subscription plus a Performance Account fee
Practice accounts run $250–$850 per 30 days (recurring), and after qualifying you pay a PA fee of $88/month or $250 one-time. The signup form says 'No Refunds'.
Slow first payout
On standard LE/LB/LL accounts the first payout comes after 30 traded days, then every 10 traded days, requested only on the last Saturday of the month.
30% rule and anti-flipping on Performance Accounts
Daily profit must stay under 30% of net profit, and payouts are reviewed for 'home run' trading, profit guarding and 'gambling' at Leeloo's discretion.
Payouts via Rise Works; ID name must match exactly
You must be approved by Rise Works and use your exact legal name; rejection by Rise blocks payouts until resolved case by case.
Bottom line
A US firm on Rithmic for traders who don't need a quick first payout. Budget for the monthly fee plus the Performance Account fee.
