Most firms give one answer about US residents. FXIFY gives two.
We tested the checkout from a US connection and compared it with the disclaimer at the bottom of its website.
Can Americans buy FXIFY?
Can a US resident buy this?
Yes at checkout, on DXtrade or TradingView. MT4 and MT5 are hidden for US visitors.
We tested it. Their checkout preselected United States for our US connection, with all 50 states plus DC. Only DXtrade and TradingView were offered. MT4 and MT5 stayed hidden even after we switched the country to the UK, so the filter follows your connection, not the form.
“For traders who wish to deploy EAs, we recommend using Platform MT5, which is available for our non-US clients” — their own words

Is FXIFY a real, operating business?
Before a code matters, the company behind it has to be real and reachable. Here’s what FXIFY’s own site and documents tell us.

- Trustpilot reviews

We haven’t yet confirmed the legal entity selling the challenge, where the company is based or the year it started operating from FXIFY’s own documents. That isn’t an accusation. It means it’s still on our list, and we won’t fill the gap from other review sites.
The advertiser name and ad counts come from Google’s Ads Transparency Center and Meta’s Ad Library, viewed from the US on Oct 1, 2026. Google verifies who pays for ads; that’s independent evidence the business is real and operating, but it isn’t the firm’s own documentation. Ad counts are approximate.

Before you buy
Their footer says they don't open accounts for US residents
The fxify.com footer carries a broker disclaimer listing the United States as restricted. It sits next to their broker partner's licence text, not the challenge terms, and the checkout sells to Americans. Ask support to confirm in writing before buying.
No EAs on MetaTrader
Their FAQ points EA traders to MT5, which is for non-US clients only.
One discount code per order
The checkout has a single discount box, so pick the code that saves you most on your plan: the table on this page shows which one.
Bottom line
The checkout sells to Americans, and the footer disclaimer appears to belong to its broker entity rather than the challenge. Until FXIFY clears it up, get written confirmation from support before you buy.
