Can Americans buy Funded Futures Network?

Can a US resident buy this?

Yes.

We tested it. US VPN. On the checkout (fundedfuturesnetwork.com/checkout?plan=50SM&feed=rithmic) the country is not preselected. 'United States' is present, and selecting it loads all 50 states plus DC (no territories in the state list; PR, Guam and USVI are separate country entries). The country list is NOT filtered: restricted countries such as Afghanistan and Russia still appear. Platforms in the order summary: Rithmic, Onyx, Nexus Trader, Nexus Connect. I did not test a UK switch for platforms, as they are not tied to the country field. The FFN help center (Zendesk) first showed a Cloudflare check, then loaded on a later visit.

“Trading with FFN is prohibited in the following countries: Afghanistan North Korea Azerbaijan ... Yemen Nigeria (United States not listed)” — their own words
“Sim Funded Pro Account: ... This account has an 80/20 profit split. ... Maximum withdrawal of $10,000 per user per payout.” — their own words

Is Funded Futures Network a real, operating business?

Before a code matters, the company behind it has to be real and reachable. Here’s what Funded Futures Network’s own site and documents tell us.

We haven’t yet confirmed the year it started operating from Funded Futures Network’s own documents. That isn’t an accusation. It means it’s still on our list, and we won’t fill the gap from other review sites.

The advertiser name and ad counts come from Google’s Ads Transparency Center and Meta’s Ad Library, viewed from the US on Oct 1, 2026. Google verifies who pays for ads; that’s independent evidence the business is real and operating, but it isn’t the firm’s own documentation. Ad counts are approximate.

What we found ourselves

  • Funded Futures Network advertises the code KSWART on its own site (50% off + BOGO, auto-applied site-wide ('You were referred by Kevin Swart')). It's the firm's own promotion, not a code we negotiated, and we haven't tested it at checkout yet.

Funded Futures Network discount code for US traders

We don’t have a code for Funded Futures Network yet.

When we do, it’ll appear here only after we’ve tested it at Funded Futures Network’s own checkout. We don’t publish codes we can’t vouch for.

Before you buy

  • Standard MAX is a monthly subscription

Standard MAX evaluations bill monthly ('Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.'); only STEADY is one-time.

  • Winning-day thresholds and consistency

Standard MAX needs 5 winning days with $100–$300 net at the 4:50 PM close plus a 40% consistency rule; STEADY has a 52% evaluation consistency rule.

  • Sim payouts are 80/20 and capped at $10,000 per payout

The 90/10 split and uncapped daily payouts apply only on Live Funded.

  • No hedging across products

Long one product and short another (even NQ vs MNQ) is a broken rule that ends funding eligibility.

Bottom line

Available to Americans. Compare the monthly and one-time programs over the time you expect to need, and note the $10,000 cap per sim payout.
